LOST BAGGAGE
Hi
my bag was lost on 26th of june while coming through Airasia through chennai - kuala lampur - sydney flight. it was a green duffle bag of company Culture Kings.
That bag was my hand baggage when one of your employees came and took it from me to keep it in the check in baggage area. i asked all the employees if it will be received in sydney they all said yes.
Please help me as it has a lot of priceless stuff. i was in contact with Swissport staff in sydney and they said that its not in Sydney and asked to contact you directly

I bought tickets (the fare with dates changes allowed) from MNL to ICN for my girlfriend with my credit card. Unfortunately, the visa to Korea was denied so we requested refund.
On the Air Asia site, it states refunds are available for Korea flights. I applied. The site states the refund is in progress but it's been like that for 2 weeks. I can't reach customer service, and AVA gives me the run around.
Can't get a live chat. AVA found my case pending, but under my acct, in My Cases, there isn't anything listed. My girlfriend went to the airport sales office and they said that refunds are not available, contradicting the website claim.
So I tried to change the dates, but they cannot find my booking and will not book her another flight. Basically they took my money and will not offer any real person reason why or any contact.
- That they have airplanes and are an option for travel

User's recommendation: Customer service is non-existent. It is the worst customer service. They just want to take your money. Just be aware of your booking and what you are getting into. If you need to make last minute changes, expect Air Asia to steal your money.
Complaints to Air Asia Staff
To whom it may concern:
I am a passenger of airasia with the trip from Yangon to Phuket๏ผtransit in DMK airport.
Booking ID ๏ผE7YUXT. I need to sharing and compliant with the case of today.๏ผ25-5-2023).
When I arrived in checkin counter, because my husband is Taiwanese holding with Taiwan Passport, I want to ask the questions about If taking Taiwan Passport making the visa on arrival of Thailand, need to make in DMK airport or in Phuket airport , I asking to check in counter, when my talking is not finished๏ผthe check in counters staff interrupts me for three times.
I say could you please listen my questions, she interrupts and say that Yeah, I already know what you want to ask, I told that I will give your boarding pass both to DMK and to Phuket, I say I haven't even told you what my Question is, how will you know that? She said that I see the computer system and know what you want to ask , and I already told you can go Phuket and make it in there. I say why you dont give a little moment and listen whats passenger question? She said that she had no more time, I say that my question may 30sec only , you argue with me almost for 3 minutes ok let it go, do your work.
Later she said that Taiwanese People need to show money, my husband show 200$ and she asks the team, can Taiwanese people go to Thailand with only 200$? ๏ผWhen she said it, it was in a dismissive tone ๏ผThe man who wearing with the White Shirt (may be person in charge of air Asia RGN airport ) told that if buying return ticket can go.
Here I want to sharing and remind that when we arrived DMK, Visa on Arrival need to make in DMK not in Phuket, and making visa on arrival , it really dont need to show money.
The staff is not professional in her works and impatient upon to passenger, because of impatient, so cant clearly know the passenger needs and wants , even give wrong information to passenger. It makes a poor feeling for my trip.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. visit thr main office and I got 70% refund according to their policy.
