Today Me and my wife check in in adi sumarmo solo indonesia. we only drop one bagagge.

Its weigh 16.7 kg. Since we are in two person we should have claim for 30 kg free baggage , but the check in staff with name tag dewo aji asked us to pay the excess of the 1.7 kg since it can be input in the system as one name only and it can nkt excess 15 kg. We get confused since this overrated rule haven't been experienced before. Suddenly he 'dewo aji' just start to pissed off and get angry to us.

We start to get angry too since we kindly ask to be given the written airline rule. Its been so horrible moment of our vacation. This dewo aji airasia staff so rude.

Here today we so regret for taking airasia and promised not to be board in this airline forever. Its been an unfortunate event for us and keep disturbing our mind during the flight.

We too had same problem, it was very disturbing with staff worst behavior.
