that day i take a flight from sibu to johor, the service in sibu is good,HOWERVER,the service in johor(senai) is very very bad.my grandmother pays RM60 for her wheelchair,but your staff there didnt push her to downstairs to take the luggage, and instead ,the staff asked me to push my grandmother,and she can see that both of my hands are full with a large bag. this case happened twice, that day my grandmother took flight from sibu to johor ,your staff also asked my sister(10years old)to push her.

WE PAY RM60 FOR THE WHEEL CHAIR AND YOUR STAFF DIDNT PUSH HER. ITS RM 60, NOT FOR FREE !!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I try to get a letter from Airasia stating i have not used these two bookings. QJFJ2X and HHFBUQ .

I tried contactng them but they had not responded.
