We are VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED with the slow, unresponsive and inefficient AIR ASIA service.
Air Asia agreed to gives us back the refund, RM249.80 through credit account cannot be used even before the expiry date. (14 March 18)
We have gone through many times online to purchase the tickets by using the credit account but yet still failed to use it. We do not have much time to wait for you as our business scheudle has to be proceed.
The Air Asia team unable to assits us on the above matter
as they are taking few days to reply us. It is very waiting our time.
