the flight was canceled by AIRASIA.there was no information mail regarding that.
so, spoke to the customer care. and cancelled my flights.i had been told that will get a full refund, . customer care is such a waste. i spoke to the customer care 5/6 time waiting hlf an hour in call.
in 1 min they say its processing.but i don't see any updates on it. refund not processed since 2 months. needs escalation.they don't reveal the manager name or not transferring the call to the higher authorities. this is very bad on the firm and management is responsible for all this.
