Air Asia - NOT COSTUMER-FRIENDLY!!
We booked this winter several flights with airasia and 2 of them have already changed their departure time.One of them is even a connected flight.
Because of this change we gonna have to wait for 10 hours at the airport of Malaysia and will arrive (instead of in the morning) in the night after 10pm in Sri Lanka! That means spending money on the expensive food on the airport and the transfer in Sri Lanka will be much more expensive by night as well (that is a shame when you have a backpackers budget..) The next day in Sri Lanka we have to get up early in the morning and travel to the other part of the country..nice when we will be so tired of the day before. They gave us some options like to cancel our flight and get the amount back with a validity of 90 days. But...
when we try to cancel we see nothing of these 90 days?? and we are already waiting for 10 days for an answer of some of the Air Asia members to help us figure this out.. We tried everything but clearly the only important thing for them is to flight as cheap as possible so first flight very early in the morning and next in the night.. nice..
Now we have our flight already within a week so we just gonna go with it. Our other flight to Phillipinas has been changed also for in the night..
pfff let´s see what more surprises are waiting for us.So hereby highly NOT recommended.

The most disappointing in user's experience was no customer service. Author liked the most price. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
