Air Asia - Accidental double booking, no refund, just runaround

My flight was double-booked due to a problem with the AirAsia web site. I submitted a report soon afterwards. It is now one month later and after many call, emails, chats that wasted so much of my time, I have nothing. I have never experienced anything like this. Unbelievable. Beware.
