This is the worst airline ever, we flew from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur around trip. They don't even offer water for passengers who ask for it, even for taking your piles.
When we got to Kuala Lumpur, l ask to talk to manager regarding the issue, he asked me to hand over my passport and when he saw that l was US citizens, he handed back my passport and said you (Americans) complain too much, and refused to help us.
This manager is originally from India, speaks good English but he is stupid and too much hatred in his heart. I tried to find another manager, but no luck, he played all his coworkers and it was Sunday, we finished by missing our plane and had to purchase new tickets (just return tickets) for more than what we paid for the around airfare.
Racists Hindous and very stupid but he was a manager for air Asia.
