My friend booked me to the morning 935am 4th Oct flight to visit Jakarta for two days. Upon arrival, I only found that my flight was cancelled and airline change my flight time to 5pm when I printed out my ticket.
I have made to understand that I need to check with service center to change to next earliest flight.
When I asked the counter that the officer told me that I can have only the 230pm flight. I told him that why airasia can simply schange the timing without reason. The officer told me that I can choose not to fly in this case and it is airline's right to arrange whatever allocation. I was furious after listen to his comment and told him that this is a one way very stupid system and bully to the consumer.
He subsequently refuse to issue me the ticket.
I walk away and throw back the ticket to him. anywhere Airasia has became erogant and bully
